How long does shipping take and how do I track my order?
Canada: To be able to provide you with free shipping, we ship our bags using Canada Post Lettermail. This service delivers in 4-15 business days.
What if I don't like the product?
Love it or we'll send you a refund, it's that simple. Simply send us a note saying you didn't LOVE it and we'll give you your money back, no questions asked. All we ask is that you let us know how we can improve the product!
